Umm, they're definitely not open. Drove all the way over here because it said open until 6pm. The store is undergoing construction.

Never been to the boutique before. Cute clothes but definitely not worth the price tags. They are not honest up front about return policy( which there ISN'T ONE). I had asked if they honor coupons but she said they did not yet on their facebook page, the coupon states online/in stores.  So make sure you absolutely love what you're buying. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way when we walked out to our car and decided, um, this is actually too much we wanted to pay for the item. Walked back in within 5 min of purchase and thats when she mentioned no return policy to us. The young lady then didn't look me in the eyes after I complained she never was upfront to me about their policy. Very unprofessional.  Unethical and sketchy at best. I tried emailing someone about my situation and have not gotten a response at all.
