Alex the sales associate in the Men's Express was by far the best Express employee I have ever come across. I have religiously shopped at express for a good 17 years and have never read an associate go way and beyond to help.  Virgin America lost my luggage 2 hours before the reason for my trip to Dallas, a wedding. My son and I had nothing to wear and I went into shutdown mode. Alex saw that I was silent and my dismay was obvious, he helped dress my son too to bottom with a lovely suit. He was simply amazing. Thanks m you Alex.

I love Express and Express clothing and have never had a problem with one of their stores before now. The first time I went in the checkout girl was rude and ended up forgetting to take off the security tag so I had to go back to get it taken off. So I go back and a different girl is rude and condescending when I ask her to remove it. Not a fan

This store is so disorganized. Everything is shoved together. Everything I touched fell off the rack. I shopped for 2 hours. I had a coupon that expired on 12/14. When I got to the register they told me that since e veryrhing in the store was on sale I couldn't use my coupon. Why would you date a coupon for 12/14 full well knowing I wouldn't be able to use it? I asked for a manager and the sweet girl called someone who explained she thought it was ridiculous as well but it was the rule. So I then ask for a higher manager and he again agreed it was silly and honored my coupon. I appreciate Mr. Anthony for being so reasonable but I w ont be back. Too many other stores to spend $300 in.

This is by far my favorite Express store!  I always receive great and personal service here. The employees are kind and Brenda, the manager, is always helpful!
