I come here to shop all the time and have loved it! However, this past time I went in bought a couple of items only to find holes in BOTH underarms next to the tag of one shirt when I got home. The clearance sticker was hiding the as is note so I was not aware of any damage. This was a clearance item so the cashiers said I could not return the items or even get store credit. I understand the no return policy, though I do feel that it is false advertising that Clothes Mentor is selling "lightly used" clothing with multiple holes! Very upsetting!

Had a bad experience for the first time back last month, but after the owner beinf kind enough to give me 2 coupons and having some really nice cashiers, I'm very happy♡

Love Clothes Mentor!! I can always find something fun to wear last minute and at a great price. My wallet can afford a whole new outfit with shoes and even a cute designer wallet!! The staff is always awesome and very helpful!

OK so I'm am not one to rant about racism. In fact I love everyone regardless of their skin color and so does God! And yes I'm about to rant for a minute and do not care who doesn't like! But today I walked into clothes mentor In Spartanburg and wasn't greeted, spoken to or anything which was fine with me. Even walked straight down isle where a worker was and still no one spoke which again was fine with me UNTIL I start walking back towards the front browsing and notice a Caucasian lady walking in and was greeted!! Was even told about today's sales. So clothes mentor you just lost a customer!! Maybe you should train or retrain your employees on customer service skills Well Trenna I'm glad to hear that u and whoever else that commented had a great experience. As for me it wasn't so good! Maybe there were different employees there that day, maybe they were in a better mood, or maybe they were reprimanded from the experience I had who knows but I do know that it happened!!
