The manager at this location in the morning.. short blonde hair I think her name is Tracy is one of the most unprofessional and RUDEST individuals I have ever met. She has the worst attitude and does not deserve the title she is given. I would probably never return to this location just because of her. I was insulted by how she talks down to people and acts like she is better than everyone. I will spread the word to everyone I know to NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION just because of her! Tracy is the reason this location just lost a good customer.

I visited twice recently to sell and both time it was awful! The women at the counter, she might be the owner, was very unprofessional! All she does is complain about not feeling well, being busy and having no help! Worst customer service! They also low ball you on everything! I brought them a brand new pair of $300 Gucci sunglasses and they offered me $20! She also told me black business dresses don't sell in Florida, I didn't realize that no one goes to funerals or has office jobs in Florida! Honestly I might try another locations farther away!

Clothes Mentor has completely changed the way I shop! As far as luxury items are concerned, if I am looking for something specific, instead of heading straight to Millenia or the high-end outlets, I start at Clothes Mentor! I love the gems that I find every single time I walk into the store! You can find so many items that have never been worn, for awesome prices. I think the buyers are really great about researching luxury items and making a fair assessment about what they are willing to pay for the right items! When you look on the rack, you might see some older items, but I believe that's why they have gotten more selective, over the years! I have sold and purchased high-end items for extremely fair prices at this location! I have even purchased items from them and sold them to other shops for more than I paid at Clothes Mentor! I have been consigning for years, and when I moved to West Orlando, last year, I was elated to find a place (so close to home) I could sell to, where the staff was warm (as opposed to the pretentious staff that can be found at similar shops) and willing to give me the best possible price for my items, based on the expected profit. Now, I make it a point to stop in often to buy or sell! I prefer to deal with the management team (buyers/assistant managers), because some of the younger ladies seem less inclined to be helpful and have less of an eye for how to price quality items. No one likes to have their items rejected, or to get much less than they paid, but if you don't like the quote, keep your stuff! Overall, I feel like the (grown) women at Clothes Mentor are my friends, and I enjoy my experiences chatting, buying and selling to them every time I visit!

I took in several items to the Ocoee location on a Saturday around 6 and was told that they wouldn't be appraised until the next day. However I received a text that my items were ready shortly before they closed. So I go in the next morning and they had rejected most of my items, which is fine. They kept a leather Tommy Hilfiger jacket and s pair of fairly new True Religion jeans. I get offered $31.00 which I feel is extremely low, but I need the money. So I get home and realize that they have not returned my brand new pair of Nine West boots. They were not in the basket of the items they chose to buy. So I get home and realize that I don't have them. I call and they try and tell me they bought them. Who in their right mind is going to sell you 3 designer items in extremely great condition for $31.00? My advice if you go to sell, is to keep your eyes on all of your items, or make a list in check them off. I feel as if I was robbed. At least Plato's Closet went through my items in front of me.

I visited the store for the first time yesterday. The employees were really sweet and attentive. The prices are good also. Got a good bang for my buck. Overall experience was great. I would recommend this store to family and friends.
