I can always find something in this store that I like. But the only thing I have a problem with is the play area for kids. I put my nephew there and he couldn't even reach the huge connect four that was placed there also it was sticky when I touched it. So it would be nice to see more toys in the kids play area and would be great to have some for small kids as well. Also the play area should be clean since kids are there and easy to catch something that can make them sick.

Neatest, well organized baby store. You can pretty much find all that you need for your little ones. From accessories, clothing and baby furniture. Clothing has always been clean and in almost if not new with tags condition. Absolutely love this store.

It is a good place but the people that works here is so rude, they don't know nothing about customer service, won't come back again.

Staff was awesome. Store was clean and organized. Everything was well labeled and the store was well lit. My first experience with this store and I look forward to going to other once upon a child stores.

Biggest doesn't mean the best. Actually this store is the worst I have ever experienced amongst other OUAC locations nationwide. The staff is rude, play area for kids sticky dirty and unsanitary, merchandise not "gently used," but just all sorts of filthy, old, dirty items. Wasn't even able to check the prices, as didn't want to touch anything. I wasn't surprised to see people leaving without any purchase. Never again.
