Jason was very helpful and patient with me. He was very attentive to whatever I need and answered all my questions. He let me take the sample fabric home so that I can better select the right color for my sofas. He was never too busy for me or pushy to get a sale done. I really appreciate that and would recommend him to anyone I know. Jason is a high class customer service!

Couldn't be more happy with Jim and Nadia at La-Z-Boy.  We arrived a half hour before opening and Charles let us in and gave us free reign of the place. Awesome selection of home goods, not just chairs. Jim helped listened to our needs of needing a recliner that swiveled and rocked and the color for our new nursery.  Found one on clearance, didn't try to sell us anything unnecessary, and just gave us an amazing laid back experience. Best I've had in a furniture store ever. Their recliners aren't cheap but the experience and superior quality make this a must stop! Thanks guys, my wife and I could not be happier.

Perfect Service. Nadia Roopnaraine went out of her way to ensure that I received my Recliner the next business day. My mother had gone through surgery on her shoulder and needed one Asap. If it wasn't for her, my mother would have had to wait almost two weeks. She tells me now she can sleep at night. The service was very personable and every associate looks out for your best interest. Highly recommended and will be back for more!

Jason was quick to greet us and help us find our perfect first Lazboy chair. He spent time explaining all the mechanisms, features, and warranty features. He was kind, and remembered our names and specific details about us when we came back in. We are very happy with our first purchase from Lazboy.

I have no words to express how pleased  my husband and I are with the In-Home design service. Was a real pleasure to work with Nadia Roopnarine ( sales consultant) and the Interior Designer, Judi-Ann Drabek. We scheduled an In home consultation.  After that we met at the store and Judi presented us a customized design, taking in consideration our thoughts and feedback. We were able to visualize our space with the great design presented by Judi. The delivery date was flawless. Judi and Nadia came and placed our new furniture and accessories. The final result was unbelievable, amazing , extremely beautiful. Thank you very much for your professionalism and impeccable customer service.
