I rate it a 3 due to the fact that for the price check-in was simple. Despite being able to get a room for the same price at another facility, which is on an entirely different/greater tier of quality, I wasn't required to place a deposite. Also if needed they accept cash.
Most part bedding & quarters are clean, it's just the wear & overall usage of shower, sink, toilet may have falsely given the appearance of subpar cleanliness/sanitation.
Mini fridge, microwave, and furniture (two chairs, lamp, drawer, round table) are sufficient. Bed is of average comfort, clean, unstained. Seems safe... But TV is small and it's an old Zenith (you have to pay the landfill to take these things) 

But if You're the normal clientele of said establishment, you're probably paying attention to your woman.. Or overcome with paranoia peeking out the window lookin for da feds high as hell... Again, that part is all opinion-based conjecture.

Stayed here yesterday with a $85 room rate because a major concert means rates are doubled everywhere, wherever.  Checked out this morning and asked to have a smoking room reserved for me for 2 nights for tonight and tomorrow and the rates are still doubled... This is not an 85 per night room.. but whatever took one night..  then after paying she says it's a non smoking room.  BS.  I don't normally write reviews but the desk purposely withheld info and ignored my previous reservation.  Thankfully it's not winter because I can see light out of 3 sides of the door.
