Reverse age discrimination. As a man in his early 30's,I went through hell living here.. I actually had the park security called on me just for entering my own home.. I was out grabbing my bike & I parked it right next to my front porch & I had to run in to get something real quick before heading out.. This was around 9 pm.. I had an older couple on a golf cart stop on a dime right in front of my place & stare at me.. I knew right away they figured I was a burglar..I had went through enough experiences so far in this place that I had a 6th sense about this stuff..They drove off & came zooming around again like they were playing Mario Kart & then sped off... 2 minutes later park security is banging on my door asking questions.. And the couple had the nerve to actually stand behind him.. If someone truly thought I was a burglar, why would you bang on the door & possibly be confronted by the criminal? Why wouldn't the cops be called in that situation? He told me that a "suspicious person wearing a hat,on a bicycle had broken in." I laughed & said that it was me & that it's my place & my bike... The best part of the story is how a couple (I assumed the same 2 people) sat about 3 lots down from my place & literally stared in my direction for 2 days. Roughly an hour per day. I guess being proven wrong makes people need to investigate for themselves. When I went out to ask what they were doing, they sped off. I could not even sit on my back porch at night without having people on golf carts stop & stare at me. I was like Bigfoot to them. A young male living in an older community. What a shock to their systems. The reality is that if you are 18 or older, you can own/rent a lot there. It's just that the community is offended by anyone under the age of 50 being it seems. How about the time my nephew & I were told to "keep walking" when we went to go shoot pool? Or how about when we were harassed while swimming in the indoor pool by an older woman asking why I'd want to live there? I had a fruit tree in my backyard & I had the neighbors next door come & pick it. I put out a sign stating not to.I was told by the previous owner to do this. Easy fix, right? Nope. I had them standing in my yard talking to someone else from the community about how ridiculous the sign was & that the previous owner had allowed them to come pick from the tree. I was seriously about to put "Walmart has grapefruits on sale" on the sign so they got the hint. Who comes onto someone else's property & just picks from their tree? You're not allowed to have a fence there,so people just strolled through my yard like it was nothing. Well, guess what,I wasn't the previous owner. Same rules didn't apply when it came to free fruit. They had the nerve to have a friend of theirs use their ladder & pick fruit from my tree. Then I had kids running in my backyard climbing the tree. The thing was like a magnet. I went to the office & told them that I was cutting the tree down. I planned on doing that until I decided to just sell my place & get as far away as possible from the ongoing nightmare. I was walking at night down the main road of Clover Leaf & a woman stopped next to me & asked me what I was doing. I told her that I was walking. She said "Excuse me?" I repeated myself. She then drove slowly ahead of me,basically monitoring where I was going. I understand trying to keep things safe, but I lived there. You're automatically an outsider just for being young. But if the roles were reversed I would have been the bad guy. I guess when you're old you can do whatever you want because the world owes you something.

My mother in law lives here and she loves it. Everything is taken care of by Clover Leaf a far as the lot, grass, trees, trash, etc. which is nice. They have a nice outside pool and an inside pool as well. The club house, and other amenities are perfectly functional.
