Been here one year. The sign says 55+, but that is not accurate. A lot of young adults here, but, no children. It is fairly quiet. Security is good, and management is quick and responsive to the few minor problems I had with my unit. The trailer I rent is old, but utilities work. There is a boat launch, and plenty of waterfront to fish from. The only complaint I really have is that the dumpster is too small and overflows often.  This is more like a trailer park than a fish camp, I don't think there are any short term rentals. Living here is ok, small yard to BBQ in, they keep it cut regularly.

It is a relaxed place and the lake is beautiful. The owner and staff are very nice and go out of their way to help you. It has an old fashioned feel to it which I love.
