Beautiful park with construction still in progress, pool area is amazing and our spot on the lake has a fabulous deck. Only problem was neighbors to the park in the houses by the fence. Played thumping base miss til midnight. Unfortunately not within the parks control .

We came for a week with a 40 foot rv and trailer. The staff gave us a back in site and made room for our trailer in the dry storage yard. The park is 5 minutes from town and 20 minutes to big shopping places. The site was clean. The staff were accomadating. This is becoming a great park.

We stayed at Belle Parc in a travel trailer for a month. We loved the park. The park managers and campers were very friendly. We stayed in phase 2 of the new construction and had a level cement pad, large site , full hook up, cable, and wifi. The wifi was not stong, but as the construction is finished, a new booster will take care of that. The park is beautiful, with many activities. There was construction going on all around us, but we found it interesting to watch. We were within driving distance of many tourist destinations.

Arrived for a three month stay. Waited for 30 min for the outgoing guest to be taken care of before we were. (Long conversation as they checked out more friends speaking than professional check out) Was given a spot near trees - not usually a challenge yet the cement pad was one of the most narrow on the street. We were unable to put out our awnings without almost touching the person next to us, and unable to do so at all on the drivers side. Our pad also was not even - as we had to make numerous adjustments to our jacks during our time there. When we made the reservation--we were not told that construction was ongoing. We were literally 50 foot from the construction dust and Monday thru Friday construction - staff did not know who was in spaces or not in spaces based upon their record keeping/daily checks and/or updates. When we arrived there was a main crowd that was parked to the right of the small pool. Around three rows of repeat annual travelers. Normally I would say that this is a great aspect to a park - because it would show that it had a great vibe or the customers were happy. What it was was an annual grouping of individuals whom party, whom take over the pool and seated area around it - and they act as those whom are in and out of the park are an annoyance to their space and good time. I would term this as middle school antics vs adults enjoying their vacation time. The roads are nicely paved and the new portions of the park are beautiful as you watch the progress. There are definitely cliques to this RV park - with its expansion I hope that the cliques aren't as rude to those whom are not in their drinking or gossip groups because they will be outnumbered. I will say that the gym and laundry facilities for a park to be as large as this will not accommodate the capacity of persons once construction is completed--unless there are laundry/gym/bathrooms set up in the newest portion that is currently being worked on. Important to note for more senior RV'ers that the one men/women restroom with a shower is indeed beautiful and ADA compliant inside. It is not ADA compliant exteriorly with steps and a sidewalk that doesn't meet the road - it stops short by a few feet. So if you walk with a cane (there is no side rail), use a push or motorized wheelchair ----- you cannot enter it. Hopefully this will be on the list of construction add ons with the ongoing construction. It is close to Brooksville and not far from Tampa and Orlando with its location and all of the attractions it has to offer. I will say that this is a nice park to be in for the quiet, and close proximity to nearby attractions - we will not be returning for a second stay.
