love this gym, free weights! don't have someone getting on to you if you throw weights on the floor! Interested in joining the Mafia? Illuminati? Then this is the gym for you!!! Be ready to give blood 💉💉and sacrifice your first born 🔪👶when you are cancelling a membership. When I signed up for this terrible gym I was informed “if I moved 25 miles or more they would cancel my membership, no questions asked with provided proof of relocation” I sent in a statement from my bank on 09/28/2017 with my new address which is in New Jersey ( I would say that’s more than 25 miles) requesting my membership to be closed. They sent a message back stating it would take 5 days to get a response. I then got a message stating my request was closed so I assumed that it was closed. I then get an email 10 days later stating the proof I sent FROM MY BANK was not an accepted proof of relocation although that is what I was informed would cancel the membership . So I then sent another statement from my bank again showing I relocated. I received a message stating my account would be cancelled as of 11/01 but fees for October need to be paid , which is $119 and counting. uhhhhhhhhhh no I requested this back in September it should have been cancelled then. They’ll receive that $119 when Charlotte turns into Alaska 🌌 .... PS. the one star was just to allow me to post this review. You all suck and deserve no stars 🤢🤢

Great gym without too much fuss. I love the classes and the women's area but, the women's area could be beefed up. This is a personal dislike but their should be access to change the tv station and radio station, they often suck and are quite distracting

I've been a member here for several years.. not many complaints other than down equipment and really wifi.. until recently. I have a 10 month old son and decided to finally try out the child watch. In the 30 minutes I was there I saw the staff member leave the room twice (leaving the children unattended) and the best part... my boyfriend who has NEVER brought in my son or checked him in was able to walk in, point to my child and jokingly say "that one" and walk out with him! I've reached out to management twice and was ignored both times. Even the TINY YMCA down the street has security precautions in place for small children..

Pros: The facility has all the equipment needed for working out, its clean and prices are competitive. Cons: Suana is not good..takes forever to heat up and only seats a few people at a time. Although prices are competitive..a 2 year contract was required.
