Loved my experience :) In fact, I had a better customer service experience here than at some of the pristine spas. Carmen did an excellent job. Each time I go, I leave gently blissed out, and my face glows the next day. The place is clean and the front staff of the salon are always very nice and accommodating.  If you are looking for excellent service at a great price, this is the place to go! I would defiantly tell my friends to come here. I cant wait for my next treatment!!

First off, I want to thank Carmen for the great service. This was my first time for any kind of hair removal treatments so I was a bit on the nervous side. Carmen made me feel at ease and was very informative, she let me know what to expect during and how to care for my skin after. I had a great time, yes I said it, I had a great time, her funny bedside manner made the whole thing so worth the so called pain. Guys, if you are even close to be interested in having some hair removed, Carmen is the right person to do it! Thanks Carmen, you have a client for life!

Carmen is amazing. She is the most knowledgeable skincare professional I've ever met. I rarely write reviews, but she deserves it. I've been seeing Carmen for several months for waxing services. I've also purchased PCA skincare products from her, and today I had a facial. I have specific issues (like melasma, hormonal skin, etc.) and Carmen knows exactly what to use and what to recommend. She knows much more than my dermatologist (who prescribed Retin-A but didn't tell me not to wax while using the medication--thus, the melasma). Carmen won't sell me products if she thinks I don't need them, and her rates are unbelievably low. I've seen many specialists since moving to AZ, but Carmen is by far the best. I trust her implicitly, and highly recommend her services.

Carmen is fantastic.   I cannot say enough good things about her.  I started having laser a few months ago, I've had 2 treatments.  The laser is great and not painful at all.  I also go to Carmen for facials and honestly, my face has NEVER looked better.  I've done a series of peels and I look amazing.  Carmen knows what she's doing and is passionate.  She is genuine and soooo much fun to see!!  You will have a blast.  Thank you Carmen!!!
