Just had my haircut and shampoo there. Love it! GO SEE TAYLOR!!! SHE IS AWESOME, FRIENDLY, FUNNY, TAYLOR WILL MAKE YOU LOOK AND FEEL LIKE A MILLION BUCKS!! PLUS THERE PRICES ARE GREAT!!! LOOK AND FEEL YOUR BEST WITHOUT SPENDING A TON... SO THAT WAY YOU CAN LEAVE A BIGGER TIP!!! THESE ARE SOME OF THE NICEST PEOPLE YOU WILL MEET. CALL RIGHT NOW... YOU KNOW YOU NEED THAT HAIRCUT.. SO CALL NOW!!!

Kula Inc. Owns this great clips and others. The Decarlo Family owners are the specific shops that demand that their stylists hurry each haircut to 11 minutes! This means choppy haircuts!! Try other's not Kula owned and operated and you'll get a quality not quantity haircut!!

Don't misunderstand this rating as 1, i would rather give it a 0 if possible. I have been to this great clips since last 2 years, the management changed and even this new management was doing good before I met Taylor before and she was excellent, This time I had to meet a dumb hair stylist ( and she says she was trained stylist) who can not deal with the scissors. I don't understand why this management is hiring such dumb people which brings down their reputation. I will never go there again. She started cutting my hair as if she got a good place to practice i went in with a good hair and asked her to use siccors and take out the excess hair which is coming on to my ears. She started cutting it as she likes and started blaming my head is not right and asked me why i don't like clippers used. I returned out with some hair hear and there which was also not evenly cut. I request the management to look into it before she spoils some other customers head. I truly regret of being here today. FRIENDS PLEASE DONT GO THERE IF YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR HAIR YOU WILL TRULY REGRET.

Visited Great Clips for a hair cut on Sunday afternoon - my first time with Great Clips. I must say this place is a clean and decent saloon, you could start with a small chat about what you want your hair to be done - how short the cut to be, if you need shampoo or product to go with your cut, if you need a wash before or after the cut, preference of clippers or scissors,etc. They probably have a Keep-coming-back program as I was asked for details to be entered into the system and also given a 2$ refund on my next visit with the receipt. My hairdresser Julie was an informative and patient through out, she even pitched in for a nice sweet chat along the cut :) Overall, it is a neat and affordable hairdressing place at Shea.
