Being a fitness enthusiast I heavily researched gyms before choosing coast 2 coast. I knew that this was going to be right gym for me by the other positive reviews I saw and friends telling me how great it is. I didn't know how much I would actually love it until after my first week of classes! The environment draws you in right away. I am one month in now and can honestly say that I have made tremendous gains head to toe. They ask you your fitness goals and follow through to help you achieve them. If you want people that care and real results, this is the gym for you.

These guys are the real deal! It is because of all their love for fitness, dedication, motivation and strive to change people's lives that keeps me wanting to come back. They give off such infectious energy and positive vibes all day and every day to keep me and others going! When you want to stop... they know how to push you just enough to keep you going without it ever being too much to handle. They really make you feel like a family here!

This is the best place I have been to. The trainers know you by name and are very encouraging. After being gone for six months it was great to see they remembered my name and noticed I lost a significant amount of weight it was a great feeling. This place is awesome!

The trainers at Coast 2 Coast are great! They are very personable and motivate you to help you achieve your goals. People that go here are also super nice which makes my experience enjoyable. Wouldn't go to any other gym in town!!!!

Coast 2 coast has been an amazing experience for me. I have been there a little under a month but it feels like I have been there longer. The staff is great and are always there encouraging you and pushing you to do your best.
