My experience here was horrible. The staff was very disorganized and had treated my son and I as if we were just Dollar signs to them. My son had an appointment scheduled to remove some teeth and I specifically advised the nurse he needs to be put to sleep for the surgery to happen, her response was yes we will do that. The day cane for his surgery and they weren't even ready and when he went into the room they gave him the laughing gas and then he became fussy because they didn't tell me to give him volume before his appointment that morning only to give him volume the night before which I did. Then I went to the rest room and when I came out the Peditrician dentist was writing a referral for my son to see another dentist who can put him to sleep. Her response was he was too fussy. Like duh I told you from the beginning what needed to happen. The staff is    unprofessional and needs training. I reported them to my insurance because they didn't handle the situation correctly nor did they handle themselves professionally. The nurse that said to me, they will put him to sleep,  tried getting disrespectful with me and I had to put her in her place. I will never recommend anyone to this dental office ever. And when I called to request my son's dental records they were rude and didn't even call me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Horrible place for dental service. My sister and I also had a bad experience here. We we're fine before getting some fillings done and walked out with out teeth feeling more sensitive than it felt before. I can't even chew on the right side of my mouth because how sensitive it is. And I even contacted a lawyer about suing them and was advised to get a second opinion to determine if it was malpractice or not. I can't believe my son and I and my sister were treated this way. So sad there are business that run their business in such an unprofessional manner.

I was back in the office on 25 July 17  and as always I had a wonderful visit. The dental hygienist, Nicole, is always very patient , answers all of my questions and she is very thorough with her cleanings. I had to have a deep cleaning and my mouth is never sore once she's done. I will always come to this location!

I had an unbelievably awesome first time experience. Staff was very polite, friendly and sociable, made me feel very comfortable and Welcome. I can't wait to go back for my next appointment. Thanks for providing great service a good dentist is hard to find!

My daughter was supposed to have her Braces off today, but now must wait till JANUARY. Reason was they were an hour behind, overbooked, had 4 ppl w braces to be put on, all same family. Takes no time to pop those brackets off. Docs are only in that location once a month, would not reschedule her for a different location. Now my daughter is 💓 broken and crying. These ppl have no integrity or personal courage to make wrong right. Disgusting. Go in there and you'll see it's all about money. Jamming in as many ppl as possible. I will be taking my other daughter to a new Ortho that will respect sound business practices and understands that loyalty at the cost of thousands can easily be distributed elsewhere.

Dr, Pratt is the greatest dentist ever. I am so glad I found him. I was mistreated by dentists as a child and had tremendous fear. Dr. Pratt has been a godsend in helping me deal with my teeth. I now have a great smile thanks to him. I cannot praise him high enough!  His staff is awesome as well.
