Friendly staff. A little behind appointment schedule (about 30 minutes) but great care and gave estimates to complete care. May not have liked hearing it but it is what needs to be done to take care of issues. And was very good at explaining it.

This place was awesome.  I'm a new patient and called them to see if they could see me today to fix my veneer and staff was so friendly and sympathetic and got me in by noon, fixed my tooth and I was out in 45 minutes.  Would definitely recommend.

Booked an appointment for a cleaning. Waited forever in the waiting room, they called me back, and then all they did were x-rays. Didn't even get my cleaning. Wanted to up-sell me everything, I needed a "special" cleaning and other ill explained things done, and after insurance it was going to cost me $700. Never went back. And not only that, but sadly I couldn't get my x-rays done with other dentist either because insurance will only pay for 1 a year. What a waste!

The people were very nice. The dentist was professional and explained everything clearly. They have Netflix for the kids to watch during their appointment. The wait times are far too long. Our appointment was at 11:30 am. We left at 1:30 pm. I also did not like that the parent cannot remain in the room with the child during the cleaning. However, I was able to walk him into the room and be present for the exam and fluoride treatment.

A huge Thank You to The Riverview Smile Design Office for being so kind and compassionate during my extensive dental work. Diana is an absolutely amazing Office Manager and the work Dr. Brito does  and has done for me already is nothing short of remarkable. Thanks again Smile Design Riverview!!!!
