My daughter is a new patient here and I cannot say enough about this practice. We go to the Riverview location and are so glad our dentist referred us to Hess & VanLandschoot. The staff is so friendly and courteous. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My daughter was so nervous today to get her braces and Sarah was wonderful. She was so kind and patient with my Iris. She answered all of our questions and made my daughter feel calm and more at ease. They have a game area for the kids with a massage chair for parents. Very very pleased..

My son and I went to the Lithia office today. The staff is very friendly, prompt, and courteous. It has a great kid-friendly atmosphere with games and activities to keep them busy during a very short waiting time. They called my son at his appointment time and we were able to talk to the doctor. They made sure all my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. They also showed genuine concern with how my day was going. This is a great place to take your child if you want personable service and not feel like just another number.

I have been here for since 2010 and I still love it. The workers are so nice and make you feel like home. They have games for the kids and has a drink station which includes coffee and hot chocolate maker. They also do contests like the one right now is a Taylor Swift Contest to see who can go to her concert in October and meet her. Basically, this is a pretty cool place where it is welcoming and it will put a smile on your face.

The office is very nice as well as the employees.  I chose this location as it was very near my home and my son could easily stop by after school for treatment.  I liked that you receive an email notification of upcoming appointments as reminders.  The treatment itself has been fine.  My objections are twofold - the wait time for a quick adjustment or service was long.  My son would sometimes wait an hour to be seen.  Appointments for certain types of service have set times that are not convenient to working parents.  The second objection is a big one for me - no financial statements are mailed so you are not aware of your balance owed or when insurance will be billed.  I changed insurance companies on the third calendar year only to find out that I am now responsible for a balance that was to be billed in 2014.  If I was aware of this balance, I would not have changed companies.  The office manager should send out at least semi annual statements to keep parents informed.  I'm stuck with a large balance so this is a big concern for me.

Love the kind stuff and the 2 caring  doctors. The only regret I have is that the assistants are doing a lot of work and they are not being checked by the doctors before the client leaves the office. We had to be back in the office many times  to correct mistakes: appliances not being closed properly, wires getting out of the appliances, and the teeth being glued causing problems with flossing. There are a couple ladies that should be avoided, but the rest is great. We  love Ms. Dixie- not sure if I got the name right.
