My first dental visit at Dental Arts of Florida was extremely pleasant. The office was professional and clean. Michelle was super friendly and and made me feel comfortable as well as Dr. Stevens. I definitely recommend this office for your dental needs. I will be scheduling my husband's appointment right away!! Best dental experience ever :)

This office is very unprofessional. My wisdom teeth surgery was cancelled last minute. I find that very unprofessional and frustrating. I had to ask for time off work and arrange for my parents to help care for 
 my children. My parents have airline tickets to come into town to stay with me while recovering. The only excuse the receptionist gave me is,  "something came up". We have all heard it, the easiest excuse in the book. I need my wisdom teeth removed for orthodontic reasons ASAP and I have arranged work and home coverage at a great expense. There are dentists on every corner. Find another one.

They made visiting the dentist a completely wonderful experience. I cracked my tooth at work, and although Dr. Stevens was INCREDIBLY BUSY, she still made time for me, a new patient. Her dental work is impeccable, truly an example of dental art. Her staff were highly motivated and work incredibly hard. I had the pleasure of meeting Kim, my hygienist, who was so friendly. Jessica walked me through the whole process and made me feel like I had been going there for years. From calling and speaking with such a kind receptionist to walking out the door with the confidence in my smile restored, I had a five star experience.

I have not been to the dentist since I got my wisdom teeth out in 2011/2012. This for a number of reasons, but definitely one of them being because the dentist and orthodontist visits of my childhood we're brutal and cold. NOT THE CASE HERE. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. The front staff was prompt and polite; the Dental Assistant was kind and hilarious and made me feel so comfortable despite the computer messing up while we were getting my x-rays; the Dentist himself was very nice and quick and did not bang around my mouth like I'm used to; and finally, the woman who cleaned my teeth was awesome and was also kind to my mouth without crazy poking and prodding. I wasn't schedule for a cleaning due to them being so booked for the holidays, but she worked through her lunch to fit me in! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at this office. I'm officially sold on going back to the dentist every 6 months like you're supposed to.  ;)   This was an awesome experience and I never thought I'd say that about a dental appointment. Thank you so much! You all are an amazing team and oddly enough, I'm looking forward to my appointment next year.

Stay away. Had a tooth pulled last Spring, developed a high fever 102 for 2+weeks. Each time I called, I was told “your doctor isn’t here so you have to come in to see another dentist”. I was alone - they did not care that it was unsafe to drive that sick just to get antibiotics and pain medication (prescription strength Advil). When I called on a Friday afternoon very sick, I was told the Dentist was leaving after his next patient so I should go to the ER or Urgent Care and they’d see me the next day. Of course Urgent Care costs. $

It took a long time to remove my tooth, they broke it into 4-5 pieces and severely bruised my jaw. I believe the time and manner of extraction caused bacteria to enter my lungs, and is why I became horribly sick 24-hrs after the extraction. 

I just had a second tooth removed at a different oral surgeon - and it was actually a pleasant experience. Great staff, great surgeon, no problems ...... unlike this office, they called to check on me and are having me return to make sure all is healing right.
