This is the second car I have had repaired at this body shop.  This time it was my Lexus that hit a deer. I was worried it would not come back in the shape it was before i hit the deer. It  They did a great job getting it back to original condition especially with matching the paint. Matt was great to work with and communicated with me throughout the whole process, which was extensive since my car is a hybrid which makes it harder to work on. The women who work upfront and the phones are some of the nicest people I have dealt with, and go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable in a difficult time. If there is a problem they will check it out and if they can't find the fix they will go out to a third party to help find it. Very pleased with my whole experience.

I don't want to give a star. This place was HORRIBLE.....if u go here take someone with you or record every telephone conversation..
I had hail damage to a 2011 Lexus so I decided to take my vehicle here.  Day one the inspector told me he would fix some of the scratches I had on the door and bumper (excited)..then he called and said the job was going to cost more and that he couldn't fix scratch on door and bumper.  Getting mad and confused so I decided to let him deal with my boyfriend ..kept car for 3 weeks 
To make matters worse I pick up my car and there are additional scrathes on my hood and middle door pillars and compound in door jam and swirls in the paint ..they told me to bring back two weeks later and the replaced one door pillar and they buffed out scrathes 
Now I have a Lexus with one new door pillar (another old)  some spots buffed out some not some part of the car look good some parts look old  $6000 job look a hot mess ..i have pics but can't post 

Very unsatifed won't recommend to nobody ...

These are the pic of  6000 dollars of shiity work on a Lexus....i just had work done Nov 2016 from an accident where the whole front was replaced so they are lying . ..
Ernie dud tell me he would take out a scratch on the door and rear bumper ....i am complaining out the hood that I had done ...thete was no scratches...

Coats has fixed and painted many cars for me I will always take my vehicles here. The people are friendly and the quality of work is A grade.

After my first accident, I took my car to Coats Auto Body for an estimate and repair. The employees were the absolute NICEST people I have ever met and made sure that I was well taken care of. I am so appreciative of how kind and helpful they were!
