I'm from NY I just moved out here not to long ago and compared to the dhops i been to, these guys here are cheap as f*** lol I love the service and they're very honest..love the prices

If I could give place a half of a star I would. First off I dropped my car the day before to have  A/C service  due to they were busy that day which I totally understand then I was told they would get to it first thing in the morning I actually gave them until 1030 next day to diagnose what's wrong with my car and when I called the woman at the front counter stated that they had not got to my car yet and to call back around 1230 ok so I said cool I will give them until 115 and when I called back no answered from that time until about 330 and I was told front counter lady left and no one called me at all to inform anything. So I asked another gentleman could he tell me what's wrong with  my car and he stated it was a condenser and air vent. I proceeded to ask what will be the price of parts and labor after waiting half of the day to get feedback and noooo communication and he told me to call back in 30 min which now I'm livid because no one has answers and it's been all day so I wait another hour and finally call back and the front desk woman answers after I CALL not a call from them at all and she states the same thing he told me. So I asked ok what's the price to replace this and she said she had to call around to get price and call back in 20 min and then my head spun. I simply told her I will not wait any longer and I wanted to pay them for my diagnosis which is the correct thing to do, And I made her aware that communication is the key to successful business and she proceeded to explain and I still told her I will just rather take my car somewhere else to get fixed rather to let my car sit there again. So please think twice before you take a car there because you will not get any feedback from anyone. GO TO A REPUTABLE REPAIR SHOP THAT ACTUALLY CONTACTS THE CLIENTS.

Great Customer Service , Affordable Prices $, 
The mechanics know what they are doing on your car, great experience !! 
And Free Coffee and Wifi  
I would highly recommend this auto repair shop , Ask for Erich or Luis .
