Have had service performed 3 different times on 2 different cars there and have nothing but top notch service. Most recent service was early Oct 2014- to have a camshaft synchronizer replaced. Estimate on hours per job are spot on and the manager always shows me the worn parts without being asked. Will keep coming back.

These guys are your stereotypical scammer mechanics. I took my vehicles here for oil changes in the past. I live in an apartment complex, otherwise I'd change my own oil. I guess they assume that since I use a mechanic, I don't know anything about cars. Every time I took my car for an oil change they offered a free tire rotation (how generous). This gave them an excuse to "examine" my brakes. They would come back and state that my brakes were in a dangerous condition and should be replaced, as well as have my rotors changed. They would quote me double what anyone else would charge, added to the fact that the brakes actually fine. Three times they have tried to get me to replace my brakes--on three different vehicle. Three times, I gone to a family member's house, removed my wheels and examined the brakes myself. Three times the brakes have been in working order with many, many miles of use left. Bottom line, if you go to Monro for an oil change do not let them sell you on unnecessary work. Find a mechanic you can trust, because you can't trust these guys. I'll not be taking another vehicle to Monro again.

Sandra - Started going to Monro Muffler & Brake Service several months ago after being ripped off by 2 other shops in my area. These guys know what they are doing. fixed my brake problem and did maintence work on my fuel system that made my old car run like a champ. Being able to trust my mechanics is one worry off this old seniors mind. I appreciate their professional attitude and wealth of knowledge...THANK YOU

I recently took my car to Monro to get my brakes serviced, I needed new brake pads and rotors. I accepted their fair price and they did the service. After driving it about five miles the brakes started to squeak like they did before they were fixed. I then took it back to Monro a few days later when I got time. They looked at it and told me that they didn't see a problem but scuffed up the rotors a bit to cause some friction. So I took it home again and the next day on my way to work they started squeaking AGAIN! But this time it was horrible noise, sounding like a school bus. By this time I was so furious and irritated that I didn't want to go back but knew I had to. So, once again, I took my car back to Monro. The guy took it and said that something had been adjusted incorrectly and they fixed it. He also offered to fix my radiator with "100" dollars off but the price was far more than I had been quoted elsewhere. So now, a week after my last trip to Monro, my brakes still squeak. My advice is never ever go here to get your car worked on, unless you want to return 25 times!
