Love this place and have been going since 2004. It was good then but under Chris, it has become even better. Two times in the last month I have come in with two different vehicles. They are honest and above approach. In both cases they could of said they would need expensive repairs. The first vehicle a Ford Ranger had a blown head and other internal piston damage. I asked if it was their vehicle would they repair it and they said no. They would put the money toward a different vehicle. The second time I heard squeaking in the brakes and thought they need new brake pads. Again they said no the back were 40% worn and the front 50% worn and all the back need was some cleaning of dirt and dust. I trust this shop with all of my vehicles and just purchased a F150 which I will now be taking to Garner Auto Specialist for all repairs and service. Michelle on the front desk is warm and welcoming and adds to the overall professionalism of this shop. Danny and Chris as true professionals and extremely knowledgeable and proudly display their certifications. You can' t go wrong taking your vehicles to this shop.

Just went there for an oil change today. VERY quick turnaround. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was under 20 minutes. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received and the cleanliness of your facility. The only reason I left off 1 star is there was a $4 extra charge because my car needed a special kind of oil filter. I am not upset or mad by this at all. Extra work = higher cost. However, I was not informed when she took my vehicle information, or before they performed the service that there would be an extra charge. It would be beneficial to the customer for your computer to "red flag" the vehicle information in cases like mine, so the counter person can inform the customer of the extra charge prior to them handing over the keys. Overall, I thought the oil change cost was a bit on the high side, but still within the range of a fair market price. So no real complaint there, other than the extra $4. I would have given 5 stars had I been informed prior to the service.

I took my car in for its annual inspection and was out in ten minutes. They even vacuumed the inside of my car for me at no charge. I go here for all my major car service needs. The people are friendly and trustworthy.

Came in for a state inspection. The lady at the front counter was chatting with a friend about getting together later. I stood there for a few minutes while they continued to talk before a technician came in from back to help me while she continued to talk to her friend. Doesn't seem professional to ignore a customer who came in for the first time to hold a long personal conversation.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Brought my truck in for the first time for a tune up and some other basic maintenance. They treated me with respect as if I had been a long time customer and gave me a quick and thorough estimate, without trying to sell me things I didn't need. I dealt with Chris and Michelle, both very friendly. Chris did the work and he's an excellent mechanic, my truck ran extremely smoothly afterwards. They charged a very reasonable price for the work they did and Chris called me the following day to make sure everything was running smoothly. He also gave me an estimate for fixing my AC unit. When I brought it back in to get my AC fixed, Michelle remembered my name immediately when I walked through the door, even though I had only been there once before. They only charged me half of what they originally quoted because they found they didn't need to replace the whole line, just a valve. Quick, Friendly, and fairly priced service from honest people that do great work and it's evident they care about their customers. I will definitely be back for any future auto repairs or maintenance.
