Would give a negative star rating could.  Service was slowest I've ever experienced. Had people sat across from us and not 10 minutes later they had their food while we waited over 20 minutes for eggs that were sitting under a heat lamp for 5 minutes. Understaffed and over-priced.

I came in with my family for my father in law's birthday. we were seated quickly enough, and ordered our drinks soon after. however, after our drinks were ordered and one of us asked what the soup of the day was, we waited another ten minutes to get drinks and the question answered. When we got the drinks, mine was wrong, but it wasn't a huge deal. When we ordered, our waitress took my father in law's order wrong and I had to raise my voice to get her attention to correct it, after he had already tried to do so once. It wasn't that busy or loud in the restaurant. When we got our food, another 20 minutes later, my FiL's steak was over done and dry, my burger was wrong, and I was tired of dealing with it. I asked her to just take my burger off the bill and just charge me for the fries.  Avoid this place. There's an In-n-Out across the street, and the burgers are better than the steak, they don't get your order wrong, and you'll pay a third of what you'll pay at Coco's.

Ate there last night soup was cold, only got one cup of coffee(bad thing ). Sandwitchs was falling apart.  Way to much money for poor service and bad food.

Got seated and sat there for over 5 minutes without any additional communication. We just got up and left and no one even said anything. Terrible terrible terrible service.

Terrible. Took us 15 minutes just to get seated when there were a ton of open tables. We had to call them just to order. We ordered food and we've been waiting an hour and 15 mins and food was still not there, so we left. VERY BAD service
