DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES AND WANT TO MOVE INTO A FILTHY APARTMENT! STAFF IS A TOTAL SMART ASS!!! TERRIBLE IF YOUR A SINGLE WOMAN...DONT DO THIS ALONE. CREEPY GUYS STARRING AT U AND U FEEL UNEASY EVEN INSIDE YOUR APT BCUZ DOORS ARE LOOSE AND NOT TIGHTLY CLOSED.

My family and I were homeless. Living in the streets lit,along with our four dogs who protect us,And Vets helped us financial establish into Coconut Grove Apartments and thanks to our workers from vets Emily and Meme here at coconut grove.

DRUG DEN! I have no idea how these apartments are still functioning.. I have never seen so much illegal activity, and it is like the police are always there, yet they either don't do anything or this place keeps accepting low life scummy people. The amount of drug deals I see in the middle of the complex is outrageous. Someone needs to report this place and have it bulldozed down with all the crack heads living off of the government because they are too lazy cheating the system to work. Wouldn't even give it 1 star rating. SLUM of Phoenix.
