This place is awesome! Gorgeous scenery and accommodations. The hosts are very friendly and anxious to help you. The golf course is one in a million. 600 acres of immaculate grounds, seven miles of paved cart path and no two holes are side by side. Best kept secret is in Idaho.

a remote isolated location but a very nice place where everything is available for your stay. the room is clean, spacious, and nice with a good selection of amenities. The casino has many slot machines, a variety of restaurants, and a gift/smoke shop. The staff are nice and friendly except a staff at the reward membership card counter. The whole facility is clean, spacious, and decorated with many fine art works and first-nation arts to see.

The presidential sweet has the best bathtub I have ever took a bath in it was huge with all kinds of jets I actually could not bring myself to pull the plug to drain the tub I had to have my husband drain it for me! I must have taken 4 or 5 baths by the time we had to check out! I would rent that room again just for the tub but the whole room is beautiful and almost bigger then my house.

How hard can it possibly be to ask the front desk staff if they are still having their Friday night seafood buffet?  The woman sighed and said,  I THINK it's once a month and on a Thursday."  Really?  You're guessing?  And you don't really know????  I went through their phone loop three times (always winding back with Hannah--who sighed each time).  Finally, I assertively asked for someone who actually KNEW the answer to my question.  Again.  How hard can this be.  She then forwarded me to a voicemail for the food and beverage managers who asked me to leave a message.  Ridiculous customer service.  The front desk should have a comprehensive calendar of exactly WHEN their premiere meals are.  So annoyed.

The trip from Spokane to the Coeur d`Alene Casino Resort was very relaxed and pleasant on the Casino Shuttle! An awesome courtesy! The clerks at the Smoke Shop are the best! I was very relaxed walking the casino lobby. Everyone is very helpful!
