Not worth the hassle unless you have a coupon and are only bowling with little kids. We wanted to go earlier in the evening on a Friday night, but they said they were going to be completely full due to reservations and suggested we show up at 9:30 or 10. We took their advice and showed up at 9:30. They clearly had not been as full as described, because there were several empty lanes. The rest of the evening was riddled with issues. The first lane we were on could not count pins correctly. After three bowlers attempted a frame, two of the scores were incorrect. One of the workers actually asked us if we cared about scores or were just bowling for fun. Since we weren't just there to throw a ball at some pins and receive an arbitrary score, we decided to move lanes. The next lane wasn't much better. It too had some scoring issues, but at least did it well enough that the mistakes could be corrected. There were also typical issues with pins not being set correctly. The next issue was when 12 bowling balls went missing. Apparently a bowling pin had made its way inside the ball return track and blocked up everything for our lane and the lane next to us. That just meant more time wasted trying to get things working. Closer to the end of the night, my wife's personal ball went missing. The attendant checked the back of the lane and said it wasn't there. After 10 minutes of searching all of the ball racks and other lanes, we were actually starting to question whether the people previously bowling next to us had stolen the ball. At that time, the original attendant showed up and said that somehow mysteriously the ball had been at the back end of the alley, but had somehow jumped into the lane next to ours. Finally, I tend to bowl with a fairly strong hook. It can generally take me a few frames to get used to the oil and start bowling well. That was not the case here. The lanes were bone dry. I eventually had to bowl every frame with my spare ball (which I purchased because it's made of a material less likely to cause the ball to hook) because otherwise my ball would hook into the gutter every time. This place is riddled with maintenance issues. Believe me when I say I haven't actually listed them all. When I pay $25/hr for a lane, I expect things to work. The fact an employee actually asked if I cared about the score shows this place is more concerned with keeping money than ensuring the customer gets what they pay for. Oh, and the bar doesn't make things correctly either. Hugos effectively stole an evening of fun with a family member I don't get to see that often. Don't let them steal your evening too.

Sometimes they take reservations sometimes they don't. Very inconsistant. Then expect to wait to hear from a server because they are always under staffed. Usually 1 server for all lanes. Maybe the only consistency you'll find. The food is hit or miss on what you order. Most of the food is not good. And expect to pay way to much for your experience.

This place is a joke. They are racist, and have horrible customer service. This was the second time I came and got f'd over. It's very sad how my group of people were treated. We will never even speak of this low class Hick hole again.
