Very nice hotel.  Superb location. Great reception. Super bed, excellent breakfast.  Good early morning shuttle service to the airport.

Walls were thin. We had a first floor room, and could hear everything the people above us were doing. Their footsteps were so loud I thought people were walking around in our room in the middle of the night. Internet was fast. Bed and pillows were very comfy. AC unit was not very loud, and kind of confusing to use, but very cold. Breakfast was kind of meh, though they did have a waffle maker. Coffee was not great. Room was clean, and building was nice and new, though this hotel is kind of out of the way if you want to get to a restaurant or go downtown.

Location was great, room was good, service not the best. The breakfast server is also the shuttle driver. She did not give breakfast her priority. She was not real friendly and did not keep the food stocked. If you had a plane to catch and counted on breakfast, you would be out of luck. Plus, most people want their server to be serving. They don't want to see her going in and out and in a van and handling luggage. It is just unsettling. The kid working the front desk was bothered and condescending when I asked where our server had gone. So, a perfect stay took quite a turn in the am.

First of all, this hotel was pleasant enough, especially as hotels go. It was clean, just as most Wingate hotels are, and it was a decent rate for the night considering it is a larger city. Unfortunately, there were a few downfalls. The hotel is pretty out of the way from just about anything (unless you're wanting to stay right next to the airport, then you're in luck). We had to travel 25 minutes to get to any restaurant and the nearest gas station was about 15 minutes away. The hotel was very creeky. We could hear every movement upstairs and down the hall. Also, the A.C. unit was not very intuitive and we struggled with it all night long. Breakfast could have been better, especially for families. Room was nice, vaulted ceilings and comfortable bed with clean sheets. Staff was friendly, as well.

Had an extended stay here in Spokane and was overall pleased with the stay.  Maybe it waz the length of the stay that made the housekeeping not pay as much attention to detail as they do in the other rooms. They would forget a washcloth or towel but I always had enough so it want a huge deal breaker.  The key didn't always open the door to the hot tub and you had to get assistance. 
The staff was really great for the most part.  Friendly and engaging.
Breakfast was decent and they were quick to fill empty items.
