Story

Coffy Café is independently owned and operated,who just wanted to do something different, to create a neighborhood place with a mod 60’s/70’s flavor. Coffy is a place for community meetings, wi-fi, to unwind with neighbors, sit with a book and a latte, dine on a sweet or savory crepe, sandwich or a fresh salad. Please enjoy, while we work to bring our childhood living room and kitchen to you.

Friendly staff and excellent coffee and crepes! Their Coffy super fruit crepe is perfect - big enough to fill you up without being too much. Good for meeting up with friends or getting work done. Plenty of seating when we were there.

I was there for a work meeting. It was a basic and simple cafe, but I wish the decor was a little cozier and less worn. The tea was good and service was friendly.

Had a donuts there today and it was hard as a rock. Probably there from the previous day. The least they could do is getting recently baked pastries everyday. Not recommendable

Nice relaxed vibe with no pretensions. The staff are always genuinely nice and engaging...You can sit and work and not feel like you're being watched or rushed. And the coffee is quick, hot and good. The best place for coffee around this area of Columbia Heights.
