I have always enjoyed shopping at Cohen Brothers. Our salesman was Joseph, he was knowledgeable and very pleasant. He was not pushy or hovered around us. We feel like we got a good deal. Delivery was free and set up right away. We were pleased and happy with our purchase and with the overall shopping experience with Joseph.

I did purchased a dining table and 6 chairs for $1800.00 with some other bedroom set of total of $6000.00. they send a wrong and damaged dining table and after I talk to them they said they will send a repair man or will replace the item. finally they did replaced and that was damaged as well. this was the second week of October and I am still with the damaged table. I did posted the review earlier. after dealing with Tiffany, almost 4 weeks and I asked talk to her manager thought it could be resolved faster but got worse. Manger Dee called me a week later after I called and waited like 30 min. she was annoying on the phone and did not want to listen and asked her to send me an email for the options and hanged up. she email me a week later with no straight answers, I send an email for my proposal and she denied, I asked her the invoice and she told me " she is confused" I am not sure why she confused of asking the product invoice. now you know who I am dealing with. finally I had to take it to further , just complained to BBB(Best business bureau) let's see how they will help me to resolve the issue. I have a request, please reconsider and look all the reviews before you decide to go purchase

I just had a delightful experience with the staff at Cohen's furniture on rt 13. I was greeted when I arrived, asked for help, and shown many options without being pressured. They answered all my questions and were VERY patient with my indecisiveness. The owner himself walked me around he showroom and guided me through the process. Thank you for all your help and I will return for my dining set!

It’s ok to walk in and spend your money which is hard earned money but it’s ok for manager and customer service to tell you no one is perfect, but my money is perfectly in cohens account and I can’t get my chair since oct 12. If you don’t call or walk in no one seems to care. If I owed them money they would be quick to collect, I’m sure but I paid in full thought I’d get to use dinning set for Thanksgiving but no. I’m sure I won’t by Xmas either. It’s the worst decision I’ve ever made, love my bedroom set though but Grant you the first manager I dealt with at kirkwood was ok but last time I went the other that was there was rude. Just remember without good customer service or customers you won’t have a business or a job. I don’t call to argue with anyone but each time it seems that’s the case. An apology and follow up goes a long way in business and remember according to business ethics the customer is always right...I was warned not to buy from Cohen because of bad experiences nevertheless I did but not again.

My husband and I went to Cohen's on a Sunday, and were told our bed could be delivered on Saturday. We were very clear that it had to be in the morning, and that if it couldn't be in the morning, we would have to reschedule to the following Tuesday, my next day off. The Thursday before our scheduled delivery, I got a call telling me my time on Saturday would be in the afternoon. I tried to tell the person I was speaking with that I wouldn't be available in the afternoon so can we reschedule when my phone cut off. Five minutes later, when I got to an area with service, I had a voicemail telling me my afternoon time frame. I called back at that time (5 minutes later), and a different person answered. He told me there was no way I just talked to a woman because the woman left an hour ago. He kept telling me this like I'm stupid, and he said he couldn't reschedule me, that I'd have to wait until the woman comes in the next morning. He said he would have someone call me the next day. By the next day, late afternoon, nobody called me, so I called. I got a voicemail, and I left a message with my name, call back number, and reason for calling (that I need to reschedule my delivery). I finally got a call on Saturday morning. At this point, my husband had asked me to ask if it was possible for him to pick the bed up himself on Sunday because we didn't want to wait much longer considering we've been sleeping on our couch for weeks since loosing our bed in a flood. The woman said she would cancel my delivery for that day, and I told her I'd call her back to let her know if we wanted to pick the bed up ourselves, or reschedule the delivery. I called her back 15 minutes later, and left a voicemail saying that we would like to reschedule for Tuesday. I never heard back from her. The delivery man still showed up at my apartment on Saturday when I was not home. I left another message on Monday asking for a Tuesday delivery, still nobody called me back. I called again this morning and left a message. I placed another call later someone finally answered. They said today was booked. I explained how upset I was because I called Saturday to set this up and nobody called me back. I explained how I've left several messages with no return call. The next day off that my husband has is Saturday, I'm not off again until Sunday. After sleeping on a couch for weeks, my husband and I are extremely frustrated. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she would have one call me back. I then called my husband and told him what is going on. He called them himself and asked if he could just pick up the bed. The woman told him that I told her Saturday that he would be doing that. I called back at this point to confirm that my husband will be picking up the bed, and to clarify with her that I never said that - that I had said I needed to get back to her and when I called her back she didn't answer so I left a message asking for a Tuesday delivery. She said I never left any messages. It's one thing to say you didn't get my messages, but to say I didn't leave one? I left several! Then, when my husband went to pick the bed up, he asked if they could deliver the headboard on Saturday since there was not a lot of room in his friend's truck. They told him WE have to set up the delivery! I don't know what kind of business this place is running. From being told there is no way I had just hung up with somebody because that person left an hour ago, to not receiving any return calls, to being told I never left them a message, I will never shop here again, and I advise others not to as well. It is Wednesday and I have not yet heard back from a manager. This is some of the worst service I've ever gotten from a business! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
