Food was very good as always.  They have a big patch of ice by the doors  that I fell on.  Hit my side and head  pretty good. When my husband  went in to tell them about the ice,  and tell them to put salt down they said that they didn't have access  to any salt. I bet we watched about 10 people  slip on the ice.

When I stopped in here to get some ice cream for my beloved and I, I never expected I'd be waiting 20 minutes, but there was only one employee working, and at least six people lined up ahead of me. Management might want to take a look at staffing and make sure that there are enough people working to meet the demand. I almost walked out because the wait was so long. The employee did what he could and apologized. The ice cream, as usual, was terrific.

Horribly slow service, even for a cold stone.  I tried to give them another chance on 2/11/18, but the young lady serving me had the worst attitude I have experienced at any cold stone.  I have reduced the rating to a 1 star for this.  Don't subject yourself to this service, go to a Dairy Queen, or better yet, Culver's.

I got a strawberry passion icecream cake. (I think that's what it was called). I'm a old lady and that was the best cake I have EVER had. It was the best brain freeze while my taste buds were having a party. Ten thumbs up👍👍👍👍🍰
