I would have to say this is the sketchier of the two Cold Stone's in town.. There was only one person working, and when I went in there seemed to be a swarm of people following me. They didn't really have anything available? I know I originally asked for something like a strawberry cheesecake, easy enough, right? I thought it would just consist of cheesecake flavored custard, some strawberries and graham crackers. She listed something off for a cherry cheesecake and that she would just replace it with strawberries.. It had chocolate and all sorts of other things I didn't want. I told her I just wanted the three things but she didn't seem to grasp on to the concept.. I then asked for a mocha frappe which they had advertised on their menu board, supposedly that wasn't available yet, I ended up just getting a Oreo shake.. Then there was problems with the register.. It was one of those experiences where it was one thing after another. I usually have patience for these sort of things, and it was likely the employee not the company as a whole, but I was super annoyed. I will likely not be going back to this one.

My family and I went in last night, Friday, February 2, 2018. Simon was the only one working and the place was packed.  He was as quick as could be and did an excellent job, good attitude and hard worker. Ice cream was excellent, of course!

Excellent service the young man behind the counter was very professional and informative of the products and you can sample the flavors too

Ice cream is top notch but since they employ high school kids for cheap washes the service is spotty at best.

Lame...hours online say open Friday night until 11pm, hours listed on the door say open 11am-11pm and we go to their door at 10:15...locked. Called and inquired about the hours posted on the door with the employee that answered the phone. He said “we close at 10pm” and then we told him about the hours posted on the door and he says “What?” *long pause* “Well we close at 10.” So us and about 5 other cars that showed up shortly after we did, did not get ice cream.
