Overview:  One of the best places to get ice cream. This has always been my go-to for ice cream. I have never had a problem with any service here. What to know:  Not a lot of seating. There are a couple of tables outside bit not real sexy. One bathroom that seems out of order every time I go: Pee somewhere else. You're there for the ice cream. On weekends after dinner, expect to wait. I would say it's worth it.

Me and my friends always see cold stone as a go to. Last night, we went to cold stone and had an unpleasant experience. Laci made 2 of our ice creams and was very rude the entire experience. yelling "hey! hello! can i help you?!" with so much attitude to which she looked us up and down and rolled her eyes. Later, her hair was in one of the ice creams and rolled her eyes and tried to just take the hair off and give the icecream back. she would not remake it and we asked Davon to make it and he was absolutely phenomenal. Davon was caring and took his time with us and our order. He remade the icecream and had a sincere smile the entire time. The only reason there's one star is for Davon.

Place online order for pick up at 815pm we got there at815 order not even started then people walk in and they help them and not make our order them they marked our order complete at 820pm it did not get complete till 845 the young man who made our order was talking under his breath was asked to put in gloves since he was in his phone the whole time then got attitude when asked to put in gloves. No management at all in the store. This place has went down hill in the last few months dont go here go across the street to mayday ice cream

Do not come here you will find an unresponsive overworked staff. A dirty and unsanitary restaurant. A long wait for a disappointed experience. Beware this cold stone needs new management.

I’ve been to this Coldstone location before, and usually there’s only a couple of things that go wrong, but never have I ever had an experience like this. There were 6 people behind me, I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes and there were 3 people at the front. Only one girl was using the register, then this young woman with blonde wavy hair, no name tag and no hat seemed like she had an attitude towards a customer. She also rolled her eyes at the customer after she said she didn’t want a cone but wanted a bowl, while the worker was in her own world not paying attention to the customer. After that interaction, the blonde girl went to the back and never came back out, and when one of the workers in the back asked for help, I heard the young lady say “I’m not going back out there.” I’ve also read some of the other reviews and it seems like there’s a continuing problem with the staff, and management needs to given to someone more responsible. Staff need to be more respectful and need to get their acts together.

Was visiting my son and his family last Sunday. After being locked out of DQ, we headed here. Arrived about 8:30pm and was turned away,  saying there were too many people in the store. Another couple was told the same thing. There was only one customer in the store.

Trying to get my pickup order and I've been standing here for 10 minutes under the pickup sign and not one of the employees has acknowledged me. All three employees have rang someone up and looked at me but did not say anything.

Ice cream is delicious and very interesting to watch prepared… Staff was hit and miss some extremely friendly, some very distant. Tables need to be wiped more by staff but frankly I was there for the ice cream and it was fantastic.

Ice cream was fabulous, but restroom was filthy and had no paper towels.  Makes me question cleanliness of hands of employees

Stood in line for over an hour to even try and get an order placed the employees all were goofing off and worried about some girl who came in to the store. I will never be back to this store again.
