My name is Teresa  When in the area I always go to this dairy queen  I only order ice cream  excellent customer service . I always  order  choco.  Dipped strawberry blizzard  sm.  Have always have it for one thing and they always make it the way I like it. Never had an issue.  Unlike the Normandy store.Service: 5/5

The worst Diary Queen experience.  I ordered the chocolate brownie extreme blizzard. The blizzard was NOT mixed. The few ingredients placed in the "blizzard" were on the very top above the unmixed vinalla ice cream.  The presentation, taste, and quality of the so called blizzard was unacceptable.  I would encourage you to not waste your money on the garbage this place is selling.  0/10

The ice cream was great. The service was awesome. It was an older DQ building, and it was clean for the most part.Food: 5/5

Unexpectedly good. The place looks pretty unassuming and slightly run down, but the food proved that the employees know EXACTLY what they're doing. I haven't been this happy about fast food in a while. The onion rings were SO perfect. Chicken was fried to perfection and my burger was nicely put together.

I am very disappointed with everything I ordered. Nothing was prepared as I would have expected. I ordered a Royal Reese's Blizzard. It was not blended thoroughly. All kinds of chunks of brownie and Reese's on top with barely any below the surface. And my favorite part, the peanut butter sauce, that should be down the middle, was completely missing. I also ordered chili cheese dogs. Instead of shredded cheese, they put a slice of American cheese on top. If they're out of shredded cheese, at least let me know. I may have ordered something else.

I believe this Dq was my very first job ever while living in Jax & attending sandalwood when I was 16! I'm now 51 ;  I have soo many memories in that building, especially my bf at the time Charles Converse giving me roses through the drive through! Mr. T was a great boss but kept a tight ship! It saddens me to see so many mixed reviews..hopefully things have improved

Friendly, positive staff, quick service, and delicious food! My recent drive thru visit included an uplifting, memorable interaction with the sweet woman at the drive thru. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5

The restaurant is in an older building,  but the avg score is really for the product itself.  The cone tasted stale,  and the ice cream just didn't taste like Dairy Queen ice cream.
