After a disastrous dealing with another realtor, Alison Jones came to our rescue! We contacted her at 4:30pm and she was showing us houses within just two hours of our initial contact. Later that night, she emailed us a list of about 20 houses with all our parameters met. When we finally settled on a house, we had to deal with sellers who did nothing and a terrible seller's agent who defined lazy. Had it not been for Alison going to bat for us at every turn, we'd never be in our house. After the seller's contractor pulled out, doing a horrible repair job, Alison was able to get her contractor in to save the sale and get our repairs done correctly. She is definitely one in a million and worth every penny!

Charles helped us sell our home as we PCS from Bragg. He was very helpful, always answered all our questions honestly, and got our home sold in the timeline we needed. The whole experience was great. Was always easy to get in touch with and very personable. Highly recommend Charles!!!!

Went through 2 agents and broker - wasted my time. Cannot even fill out a simple offer to purchase form. Cannot fill out an addendum correctly. I had to actually fill them out correctly and give them to agents. Very slow to get with seller. Maybe it is just this town or state, but nobody seems to understand what 'time is of the essence' means. 3+ days to communicate with seller's agent is ridiculous. Usually more like 5-7 days to get paperwork to seller. Not working fast enough when down to the wire on due diligence expiration. Just a waste of time and waste of money on home inspections, appraisal, etc.

Our property was appraised by their Realtor at 215,000. After hearing this we decided to put our home up for sale. A buyer offered us 190,000. However when the buyers mortgage company did an appraisal it only valued at 185,000. Then we were told we would have to pay all closing cost for the buyer because the bank would only give the buyer 185,000. 10,000 less than the contract. When originally we were told his USDA loan had his closing cost fixed in. When we asked the Realtor why such a difference in the 2 appraises he replied that his original appraisal had expired. It had only been 3 weeks. A 30,000 difference is Big. I don't believe it could change that much. Furthermore the buyer is using a mortgage company Coldwell gave him. This mortgage company is extremely slow. They had the buyers paperwork for 2 weeks before they informed us of an appraisal not to mention they gave us little warning of them coming. Then it took the appraiser 5 days to get us the report. The appraisal has quite a few mistakes on top of everything else. When we asked realtor why we are waiting so long his response was I don't know I've never worked with these companies. Now we're stuck selling because the realtor assured us the buyer was getting the loan and that it would be ok to signed a lease. We are so frustrated,disappointed, and dissatisfied. We've lost alot of money in this deal. I mean our home has over 35,000 in brand new upgrades.and the appraisal is only giving us 12000 above the tax assessment!!! How does that even work.
