Hello…

I am Lenore Johnson, broker/associate with Townsend Real Estate. As an almost 40 year resident of Fayetteville, it is my pleasure to share my knowledge of this area with you. It is my belief that Fayetteville and the surrounding area is the best kept secret in North Carolina.

As a real estate professional, I love helping my buyers find the perfect home that fits the needs and the budget of their family. I also love helping my sellers get their homes ready to go on the market. My goal is to make sure that my sellers receive the best possible price, in the shortest period of time, allowing them to move on to their next destination.

On a personal note, I was born in Jackson, Mississippi. Most of my life was spent, though, in Atlanta, Georgia. I attended Samford University and received my degree in Early Childhood Education. I met my husband Lee while I was in undergraduate school and he was in law school. After getting married, our criteria for where we would live was equal distance from Chapel Hill (Lee’s Alma Mater) and the coast (Lee loves to fish!). Fayetteville fit the bill! We have loved the small town atmosphere but with the advantages of a city as well. We have children ages 26-36, 7 grandchildren, and 5 granddogs. I have taught school, been a stay-at-home Mom, worked for Merrill Lynch, and been a travel agent for 10 years.

In 2003, my dream of becoming a real estate professional finally became a reality. I knew that this was what I eventually wanted to do, and the timing was finally right. I have consistantly been a multi-million dollar agent each year, since I began my career. My buyers range from the first time buyer looking for that perfect $70,000 home to those buyers ready to purchase their $700,000 dream home. My sellers are the same way, each one unique and equally important to me. I strive to make sure that each transaction takes place efficiently and with the utmost integrity.
