If you're looking to buy a house ask for Sandy! She's absolutely amazing in every way. She doesn't just find you a house, she finds you a HOME. Sandy is genuine and fun to work with. She will start as your realtor and quickly become your friend. You know quickly that it's not about money with Sandy. She wants her clients to be truly happy with their purchase. She always does everything she can to help in any way possible. It's not just her personality that makes her an A+ Realtor either. She's on top of everything that you as a buyer will want and need to do. When finding your new home you will tell her a just few specifics you're looking for and it's like she can see your vision. She will guide you every step of the way so you never have to feel nervous or stressed during the closing process. Coldwell Banker knows what they're doing and who to have in that office. No matter who you work with I'm sure you'll be well taken care of. In my personal experience though, Sandy makes dreams come to light.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE AKA DOWLING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. You will be lied to and ripped off. They ripped off a 2 time combat veteran that is disabled and in hospice care! Prior to move int hey said they would replace the rusted and nasty sink, but refused to after move-in. They failed to even return phone calls in regards to a dishwasher breaking down within a month of move-in, which was leaking and producing a sickening sewage smell, so my brother paid for a new dishwasher and I installed it to save money. They said they would reimburse, but never did.  He had to spend a total of 33 days in a hotel due to the failures of Gosslee to get and keep the A/C unit running - which Gosslee blamed on the home owners (will be contacting them to let them know what Gosslee put on them). They charged $200 for cleaning service after we already paid $225 for professional cleaning services on the day of move out. A week and a half after move out they had the lawn mowed and deducted $45.00 from the deposit. These people are money hungry and Stephanie Campbell the agent does not care about the tenants, even if they served our country and are disabled and dying. Horrible horrible person and business. I am in contact with the media to do an investigation into Gossle/Dowling, filed a BBB complaint and have an official complaint to the LREC being prepared. If you have been done this way by Gosslee/Dowling, please file complaints with the BBB and LREC (Louisiana Real Estate Commission). Together we can keep others from being ripped off and hopefully get this real estate agent's license suspended or revoked to keep her from preying on others!

The coldwell banker family is beyond helpful! With all of the criteria that goes into picking out a home, the process can be stressful, but the folks at Coldwell Banker make the experience exciting and fun!
