This property management company is staffed by some of the most incompetent individuals I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. For over 5 months our dishwasher has been leaking and not cleaning dishes, when we managed to finally get them to send someone out, that person did not show up on the day they said they would show up, and then rescheduled for a week later, only to come out and state that they were a plumber, not an appliance repairman. They have sent out several people like this and not once has any of them attempted to fix the dishwasher. Our gas stove's burners are also not working, and we've had an electrical fire from an overheated light fixture. Getting anyone at this place to return a simple phone call, or voicemail, or even an email is impossible. I've gone as far as finding the owner of our property online to try to communicate the issue to her directly. If you have to rent a property for whatever reason, rent from *any* other property management company. If you need to rent your property out, keep in mind that leaving a dishwasher leaking for over 5 months or not immediately fixing electrical issues which caused a fire can get you into some deep trouble.

My weed eater, lawn mower, and leaf blower came up missing between the couple of days that they had the keys to my house and the other individual moved in. I went and asked them about it, and they said they would get back to me.... been waiting several weeks now. Think I’ll hear anything back? Also, they told me the renter refused to rent for 6 months after I asked them to get with him and see 3 different times. After they had the contract signed the guy renting it told me they didn’t even give him the option or he would have done it. So I went back up there to find out why. They tried saying they didn’t understand what I meant... I asked 3 different times to make sure. Seems like a big misunderstanding to me! I just have a hard time trusting people that have lied to me I guess. 
Then again, it seems almost impossible to find a property manager with good reviews around here. Pick your poison I guess...

I guess everyone is different because I have not had one problem with this company. They basically said leave the house like it was when you got it and i see nothing wrong with that. The house was in great condition when we moved in it. I haven't had to call maintenance not one time and we have been here two months. All of the staff is nice and all are willing to help you when needed.

Gosslee Property Management is a terrible management company. They have violated all of the terms on the lease. They refuse to send digital records of the maintenance performed on my house. They have spent hundreds of dollars on repairing the washer and dryer that I left with my house. The appliances are already 7 years old and need to be replaced not repaired. They do not try to contact me when repairs are needed even though I'm pretty quick to respond to problems. I have owned my house for 7 years now and I'm not ready to let it go, but now I feel I have no option but to sell it.

I wish that I hadn't trusted this poorly managed company with my house. They never reply to any emails I send them, and when they do they do not send the records that I require of them. 

The rent for my house is 1100 dollars and they charge 132 dollars a month for them to "manage" it and they don't even care that I'm paying nearly 1000 dollars on the mortgage. They charge me with anything and everything and do not explain why. I've been deployed for 5 months and they feel it's best to snail mail all the receipts to me. I can't afford to pay up to 300 dollars a month on repairs every month while I'm deployed, and I need to know promptly when the check they send me every month is going to be less than normal. 

I'm tired of hearing about maintenance after the fact.... Being overseas it is very hard to call the office every time something happens. And their should be problems every single month.

Something changed in this company, it wasn't this bad before.
