These people are ridiculously insane!! My sister rents a house from them and they told them it was central air and heat, it wasn't then the lady told them they had to get their own air and heat. Tried to get gas turned on and the gas man literally laughed because the house would.catch fire(July). Then they would NEVER fix the plumbing. So on 1/18/18 my sister returned home to her kids room on fire due to the wires in the attic. They haven't tried to put my family in another house or anything. The manager keeps putting them off to someone else trying to rent them trashy houses. Then on the morning of 1/24/18 we go to the house to see if anything was salvageable and THEY HAVE A LOCK ON DOOR!! WOW this company is absolutely heartless and I wouldn't rent a dog house from them. The neighbors and the old renters said this is normal. I'm in complete disbelief 😤😖 I WILL BE SHARING THIS STORY WITH EVERYONE AND ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA and not only are the employees RUDE THE MANAGER OR OENEO IS ALSO SO BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
