Called in and was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism. Most agents and offices sound to busy and don't actually seam to know much. The last agent knew nothing and actually admitted she was moving apartments and could not meet. I am really glad i called Coldwell  they are experts and took the time to actually assess our needs and treated my wife like the queen she is.

I would be very careful when dealing with Steve Brown.  He will freely give out unauthorized information with disregard to seller interest to make a quick sale.  Questionable ethical practice especially when it comes to signed confidentiality agreements.   I had the unfortunate dealing with his business practice.  I would beware and be careful when dealing with this smooth and fast talking chameleon.   To summarize him, I would say:  Stupid, Incompetent, and not to be trusted.  Fired him and his assistant.  Never again.
