Brad and his team are rock-stars. Plain and simple. They understand high-end real estate better than anyone in the business. I had an extremely complex transaction in a high-end home where other (experienced) agents quickly found themselves in way over their heads... Brad stepped in and not only understood the challenges instantly, he put together the perfect game-plan to solve the problems.  Smart, creative, ambitious, hard-working, and not afraid to invest a little elbow-grease where needed. The only rock-star real estate agent I've ever met. He got it done for me when nobody else could!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Brad and his amazing assistant Karley on selling my Luxury Home in Salt Lake City.  I have worked with a lot of agents but these two surpassed my expectations at every turn.  They helped me with contractors, home improvements, coordination of our moving into the new home, home warranty, inspections and kept my wife in the loop every step of the way.  Their marketing is second to none and their staging and photographer did an amazing job.  We sold our home in the first two weeks for full price and we couldn't be more grateful.  I will NEVER use anyone else and have already referred them multiple clients because I want my friends to have the best experience possible like we did.

As the executor over my brother's estate, I was entrusted with the task of preparing my brother's home for sale. Many realtors told me how quickly the home would sell, promising the moon, when in reality they only wanted the listing so I would sell it for them. Although hundreds saw the property, I received virtually no feedback since I was an out of town seller. After dropping the price over $40,000, I still had no success finding a buyer. Finally, I found Brad Winget's Team. Brad and his team came to the rescue by immediately recommending some simple solutions to make it easy for a buyer to see all of the charm and potential this home had for the right buyer. Finally, I had a realtor who knew the market and who was willing to work within my limited budget to draw the right clients in. If you try to save a buck by using those "bargain MLS listing services" be advised that you just hired the most inexperienced realtor out there, YOU. It's not a job for someone who just needs to settle an estate and move on. I sure learned that lesson the hard way. Thanks to Brad and the Winget Team, I am no longer burdened with a vacant home that would have sold well over a year ago had I known that Utah's Best Real Estate Group was the first call I should have made.

Brad and his team are so knowledgeable about Utah's real estate market and especially buying and selling high end and luxury homes.  Brad personally took my call and took the time to answer all of my questions.  I would definitely trust Utah's Best Real Estate Group with all of my luxury home transactions.
