Kim sold our house. We've bought and sold six houses and Kim was by far the best agent I have ever met (And I've met dozens of agents). Her team is ultra professional and friendly. Her marketing is stellar (and I say that as someone who has worked on the cutting edge of marketing innovation for a couple of decades now). Her understanding of the Ponte Vedra market is awesome. She has contractors who love her. She answers her phone or replies to text or emails super fast. She has great relationships with other agents. Most importantly, she's fair and honest. I can't imagine there is a better agent in America, much less our market, for higher-end residential real estate.

I am writing to give Kim Martin-Fisher with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty our highest recommendation. When we decided to put our house on the market we had interviewed four other very experienced realtors, but from the moment we met Kim we knew she was special and would sell our home fast and at top dollar. Kim presented a very professional portfolio reflecting her marketing techniques, such as professional photographs/videos, high end magazine listings, and national and international web presence to which she spared no expense in marketing our home. After we signed the listing contract, we encountered her professionalism, highest depth of experience and her passion for her work. Her in-depth know how and the numerous professional and personal contacts she has in the business, places her in an enviable position from where she can take advantage of opportunities for her clients for which other realtors can only dream about. This alone sets her apart. Needless to say, we had a contract with a very good price on our house within a month.
