My experience with Vystar has been beyond amazing. Whether here in PV or traveling abroad- they have always resolved any issues I have. Allison is " my personal banker" - that's exactly how she treats me . If she doesn't have the answer or the solution- she will get it in a timely fashion and is always very pleasant , professional, compassionate and just a joy to work with. Once I turn my issues over to her- I nonger even stress about it because I know it's handled. The other bankers I've encountered on occasion are just as competent.
I'm a fairly new member-  I was  at my last bank for over 20 years - took alot for me to leave.
So Happy I did.
I'm now a walking commercial for Vystar.

I've been a member for a while, but everytime I go I feel as if I'm being interrogated as to what I do for a living or where my money comes from. It is very unprofessional and nosey to be asking someone these questions. You clearly have access to my account information, but what makes you think it's ok to dig and be nosey, it makes me wonder what information you share when you are off the clock.

I am blown away with the service I received this week at this branch. The Vice President herself, Suzan Lupton, assisted me and resolved my issue and made all right. She was very kind and helpful and demonstrated service one does not find usually. My husband and I are brand new to this credit union but you have made us fans. Thanks you again Suzan.
