I left there feeling like this place more interested in billing me any way they could, than they were in helping me understand what was wrong with me, and the best progressive path for treatment. The young ladies at the front desk were unprofessional in the way they communicated in front of patients. This place also lied to my insurance company in order to get certain procedures approved before trying less aggressive treatments.

Dr. Esser is the best. He is an excellent clinician with top notch training. Very well thought out evaluation, and it seems that he takes a lot into consideration when formulating a care plan. He seems to really know his stuff and has a detailed explanation for what the issue is, after a careful evaluation. Takes time to review your history and imaging. Communicates well. Excellent bedside manner. Easy to talk to. He is very detailed. The staff also exhibits the highest professionalism. I believe the medical assistant who took me back to the exam room was Mauricio - very professional and friendly. The front desk staff were also great. Additionally, I have seen Dr. Redmond in the past, when he was at Mayo, and he is an excellent orthopedic surgeon and also has great bedside manner.

I'm just starting my hip replacement process there, but so far I have been treated with respect and kindness. Appointment on time and Dr. Redmond thorough and helpful.

Checked in, paid co-pay and then after 45 mins in the waiting room deceided to check again at the desk and was told that I was forgotten and we would be second in. Now another 20 mins later in the same waiting area we are deciding to leave and go home. People are coming and going and we are still here. I could understand this if we didn't have an appt but this is ridiculous. Hope Dr Redmond reads this.
