Had to have my Murano towed in and they replaced the starter and battery the same day. It's always a great experience when we go to Cole Nissan. So much, that we bought 2 cars in a week from them a few years back. Great service department with complimentary popcorn and refresh baked cookies.

We walked into the dealership ready to be faced with hi pressure salesmen, and poised to run at the first sign of insincerity. We were won over immediately by Duane Shaw, and his personality! He was out to find us the best deal, and to make sure we were totally happy before we left that lot. He spent quite a bit of time with us, as we were a bit picky with our 'want' list. He did his best to make everything on our list a reality. And best of all, he was not a high pressure salesman with a glued-on grin. He was a warm and sincere guy who cared about our situation, and we left feeling like we had made a true friend! And - we love our 2012 Ford Fusion!! Would I return to Cole Automotive for my next car need? You bet! And I will send all of my friends there, and tell them to ask for Duane! What a great guy!

We've done business with Cole Automotive for over 20 years and have bought over 60 vehicles from them. We have just bought the last vehicle we will ever buy from them. We agreed upon the price of the vehicle and then the paperwork was drawn up. We assumed the paperwork would reflect the agreed upon price. The business manager did not go over the paperwork, but merely showed where to sign. My mistake........I didn't look close enough to catch the difference in price. The paperwork showed the cost of the vehicle as $3,000 higher than we had agreed to. Days later, when I called the dealership to go over this I was told that they would look into it. Then I received a call letting me know that the Sales Manager (Jack) said "a deals a deal because they signed the paperwork". We got screwed and they don't care. Either Cole Automotive made a mistake, or they intentionally set out to see if they could make more money on the deal and slip it past us. In either case, we can't continue to do business with a firm with these type of business ethics. It truly is a shame that a dealership would treat its long term customers this way. I can only imagine what they feel is an "OK" way to treat non-long term customers. If you choose to do business with this dealership you will need to make sure you get everything in writing before hand and then make sure you check every bit of paperwork you get from them. Try to keep from getting taken like we did.
