Terry Baker is an outstanding salesperson. He did not pressure us at all and continually asked what else he could do to help. He took the time to explain all the features on the new vehicle and was very understanding. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone wanting to buy a car. I'm finally taking a moment to comment what a great organization Metro Toyota is. I purchased a used car thru Terry Baker almost a year ago. Their team went over the car and checked it. I have had no issues . I would highly recommend Terry to anyone looking to purchase new or used.

I went car shopping with my 82 year old mother, a first time car buyer. The experience was fantastic! Terry Baker, our salesman, was great at answering all of our questions and explaining all the options. My mom did not feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions. Zeb was very reassuring with reviewing the financing and Adam was so calm and knowledgeable with his explanation of all the technology! Together they made it fun and enjoyable for my mom to purchase her new Rav 4!! Thank you, Tracy

Tim with his business acumen and solid knowledge of automobile engineering, was truly awesome to work through this deal, I was opting for a pre-owned vehicle, he suggested the best possible deal suiting to my needs, I was able to get a brand new vehicle. Great to work with someone who steps into your shoe and start looking for deals accordingly. Its been pleasure getting my car delivered through Tim.
