Rude customer service having problems with my 2015 dodge ram when was told by the service dept to not bring this back. But make a appointment for the 8/15 but was told by the service manager Bob not to bring it back to this dealer ever again. When the Chrysler case manager is the one that made the appointment to get this vehicle repaired. Everything that was stated in the survey with Chrysler was true. Would never buy and vehicle from them or have it serviced from them. Worst company ever there doing this because my husband worked for them. Was told from Chrysler that they couldnt do this but i guess Bob can do whatever he wants. We have had transmission problems since February. When they have the vehicle they only drive it for 10 miles but use over half the tank of gas but when you reset the trip only shows 11 miles and say nothing is wrong with it but when i get it i cant get it over 50mph. Came in for water leak and now smells like molding, mildew smell inside never cleaned inside. Then found out they cracked my plastic tote truck box when there fixing the third brake light. Where found out this is where the water leak was coming inside the cab. Never cleaned the inside water leak that is all over the headliner and the rear seats.
