I contacted Business Law South West Attorneys and spoke with Alicia an attorney there briefly about my situation regarding trademark infringement. After her research, the next day she contacted me via email stating that the company that infringed on mine has legal ground. Then from there she continued by stating facts that’s are 100% not facts FYI Invalid Research Than continued by breaking are appointment. I understand my case may be SMALL to this Company but I am very disappointed that This Company did not do correct research and canceled my appointment.  After I Sent emails correcting her research I got no replies and called from there multiple times with getting only the answering machine leaving voicemails from there my last call someone picked up and said I’m not her client because I haven’t given her money and made an excuse that she was out of her office basically letting me know never to call back. I don’t believe that anyone with clients or potential clients should treat their customers badly this way. I came to this company for help and was basically deflected. Very Unprofessional. I came to this company for help. I would not recommend. Couldn’t even get a call back…..

BLSW was very helpful after a nasty business breakup. I wished I had known Don before the partnership. I will never do another partnership without BLSW!

Tim is one of the best attorney I've ever worked with. The issue was complex, upsetting, and frustrating. He handled it as if it were him going through the same issue. I will always be grateful for his assistance. He would be the first person I call if I need someone. He is trustworthy and personable.

Business Law Southwest is an excellent firm with knowledgeable, efficient attorneys. Don has always been available, prompt and thorough in all my dealings with him. I plan on contacting their newest associate for some estate planning and feel confident he will maintain equally high standards.
