One word: awful. These people writing the reviews are not outliers. This place bites. Car is grubby and still dirty... $180 bucks later. The "shampoo" service didn't deodorize the car. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Neighborhood place so I trusted it, but I am telling you not to. Would bring it back, but honesty not trusting what other mistakes they may make.

If I could give them no stars or negative I would. I spent almost two hours there on a car wash. Now I used them before and knew they take their sweet time. So this time out of curiosity I timed them. 1 hour and 48 minutes. They had my car in the car wash within 15 minutes. I thought wow they are quick. It runs its thing and out in no time. I was actually surprised but then I waited. Two employees were around wiping the other cars before me and what not so I figured hey my car is next. Only it wasn't. Both of them start working on a truck that was two cars behind mine in the wash. I thought hmmmm maybe they paid extra for a quick rinse or something. Now we are hitting the hour mark and I see my car just out there in the parking lot. I blankly stared at my car for a solid thirty minutes. Finally this guy gets to it but he doesn't wipe it, he moves it to the other side of the lot and then comes inside. I'm looking at him like he is crazy no doubt. He just moved my car what in the world. Then he sees me making eye contact and mocks me giving me weird looks. I see him drop my keys on the counter of the front desk and starts walking my way (in the lobby area). I then promptly asked him, "Why you move my car over there?". He replies in a slow manner "oh that, that car? Oh that is YOUR (major emphasis) car?". I am like cringing at this point I just want to leave. "Yes that is my car". He then promptly goes to the corner and starts mumbling apologies like he didn't know that was my car and sorry he moved it. He never once ask in the lobby for my car or the other employee. He still mumbling and I just give him my receipt to prove I paid and left. Now the car. The job itself inside the car was nice. I'm guessing they do the vacuuming and stuff before the wash, but the wash itself, I should of just went to buccees. Like my car has streaks on the side. It was poorly done. So if you want to waste almost 2 hours of your life and an half ass job, I recommend this place. Especially when you pay 30 dollars and some change for some "real work". I never wrote a review before but gosh this was a bit much, poor service of the car wash and employee. Not coming back here again and hope you do not either.

Two words; Express Wash, $5. When you are in a hurry this is the place to visit for an Express Wash then come back later for the full detailing package.

Fixed my windshield, washed my car. The only fault I found in the carwash is that my windshield still had grunt residue on it, the rest of the car was spotless.

They do a pretty good job cleaning the inside and outside of my cars. Sometimes they miss dirt in the creases like door handle and lift gate. It just depends on who is the final people wiping down the car after the wash. Some are more detailed than others but overall they do a good job.
