I can’t even tell you how much this place impresses me. I was able to find the engagement ring on my dreams. It was easily the best decision ever especially the help and guidance I received from Sarena. She was wonderful to my husband and I. To this day, I still recommend people to check out this place!

Kimberly did an outstanding job from start to finish assisting Lauren and I with the selection and purchase of her engagement ring. She added value to the process with her expertise, provided several options that aligned with what we were looking for, and most importantly, she demonstrated patience working with us until we made our decision. We will definitely return to purchase our wedding bands from Colonial Jewelers because of the world-class customer service and follow-up that Kimberly provided to ensure we were completely satisfied.

Colonial Jewelers was perfect! I had Kimberly from day one when I walked in looking for a engagement ring to when we picked out our wedding band she was a huge help and very nice. The wife had trouble deciding on a wedding band (looking for a specific design) Kimberly updated us on all new arrivals and even sent us texts checking in.This place is the best around!! I high recommend Colonial.

Whenever I go into the Colonial Jewelers store, the very first greeting that I receive is from the posted Security Guard, who is friendly. Once I enter the store, I am greeted by my Salesperson, Sarena. Sarena, knows her products exceptionally well, and is very patient, and definitely not "Pushy". She's always happy to help me, and makes me feel welcome at the store. Every business should be so fortunate, as Colonial Jewelers, to have such an employee in their employ.

We visited Colonial Jewelers for the first time last week and found it to be a very pleasant experience. We were on a small budget but Roxy made sure she stayed within budget and managed to show us some fabulous rings. She was extremely helpful and found my perfect wedding set. We went by there today and picked the rings up after being resized. Roxy was there and made sure we were happy with everything and handed us a complimentary bottle of champagne along with jewelry cleaner and cloths. I also had a bracelet repair which I left with them last week and that was done superbly also. We will definitely be returning Thanks again Roxy!!
