Hands down the best jeweler that I had the pleasure of doing business with. I had my old Omega overhauled beginning of last year but unfortunately one of the gear broke toward end of the year due to wear and tear over the years. Alan took the watch back for repair, searched for the gear part and fixed it and did not even charge me anything for the service. Here takes his service ownership seriously and was very nice enough to work with me until I was satisfied. Been to a lot of jewelers over the years and he is not the one to take anyone for a bad ride. He's practical enough to know when you need service but also will not sell you anything you don't need. Try Town Square first before unnecessarily splurging on your money with the dealer repair!!

Good shop, got my watch band replaced here over the summer and the owner did it for about 30 bucks as I recall for a nice stainless steel link band. No waiting, did it on the spot. I came back in a few months later to get it adjusted and he did it for free in about 30 seconds. They also have nice watches in stock. I have my eye on one of the Hamilton automatic men's watches... I would definitely purchase an expensive piece based on the level of service I've gotten for a basic watch band on my Sekio. ~updated a year later~ new battery and gasket, again pricing seems fair and fast service! Still want to buy a new piece and will continue to keep this shop in mind.

The owner of this place is super friendly and helpful! We got our wedding bands for an affordable price and I would recommend this shop to everyone I know!
